Guarantee Policy: Credit card details are required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We request payment of your entire stay upon check-out. If guests fail to arrive, the credit card will be charged according to the cancellation policy. Once we have received your information, we will send an e-mail or fax confirming your reservation, within 24 hours.
